RecommendedI went to AutoZone because my car was giving me a message saying that my engine oil was low. I had no idea what kind of oil to get, where to put it, or how to check it. DO NOT GO HERE. The manager is highly incompetent and must not like his job very well. No one knows what is going on. We had to visit 3 stores in a 24 hour period of time because no one would check their system before turning us away. Save your time and go see Danny M. at the store on Main Street.
Got a part from there about a week ago. My girlfriend returned the part today because it wasn’t used and was not the right part needed. The part was never removed from its box. We opened it and looked at it and it was incorrect. When she returned it the lady made a comment saying it was used and when my girlfriend said no it wasn’t the lady said “that’s what they all say.” The Manager came over to punch in a code for the refund and he said that the bolts were tightened down and that it was used. Love them they not only installed a new battery but also put on new connectors on the wires for it old ones broke. The manager himself did it right after they opened.

Terrible. Had a worker, who was on the clock, come out to help get my windshield wipers off my car. As he goes out the door, he pulls a vaporizer out of his pocket and starts using it. Then continues to use it right next to my car and my husband. How professional auto zone. Never will come back to this auto zone again.
