Came in for coolant for my car and I was told to grab the wrong one😂🤣 Good thing I checked and double verified before adding it to my car. I don’t understand how you can mislead a customer in that manner. A major waste of time, now I need to return this bottle and get the proper one.
A few weeks ago we needed a car battery went in and was told by the gentleman that they did not have anybody at the store right now to install the car battery and to come back in a few hours long story short we didn’t end up coming back for the battery that day a few weeks later we call back asking if we can come in for a battery. JUNE 5th , 2026 Go to this place if you want to know what racism actually feels like. I visited this location for the first time to help my Egyptian friend, who is new here and doesn’t speak English very well. He had already gone into the store and came back out, asking me to go in with him because he was nervous. Great service!! I was visiting VA and had a blow out on the freeway. Discovered I needed a specific key for the tires. The lady that answered the phone was professional, friendly, and helpful. Was able to get a ride to the store and pick up exactly what I needed in less than five minutes. This was a big deal for me because I was about to be stranded in VA until Monday. I was on the road quickly after my visit. Thank you!!!!!
The gentleman helped install my new battery and tested the necessary equipment. I was in and out quickly. Very helpful and friendly!!
