Great service!! I was visiting VA and had a blow out on the freeway. Discovered I needed a specific key for the tires. The lady that answered the phone was professional, friendly, and helpful. Was able to get a ride to the store and pick up exactly what I needed in less than five minutes. This was a big deal for me because I was about to be stranded in VA until Monday. I was on the road quickly after my visit. Thank you!!!!!
The gentleman helped install my new battery and tested the necessary equipment. I was in and out quickly. Very helpful and friendly!!
I had a very bad experience—the staff member I dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was a lady working on evening shift today April,20th And I left everything because of her attitude. It’s a horrible service
I just visited this store this morning to buy products and received the worst customer service ever. There was a rude Hispanic male, who obviously forgot that his job is to be helpful, courteous and respectful to customers. More than likely, I will never return to this location.
