I’m very disappointed with my experience at the AutoZone at 5138 Nine Mile Rd in Richmond. I purchased a new battery from this location and had it installed there. Shortly afterward, I started having serious electrical problems with my car, including the vehicle not starting without a jump, hard steering, and warning lights appearing on the dashboard. I later found out that the battery terminal connection was loose and there was corrosion on the terminal. I was never warned about either issue during the battery installation.... read more
Mr Vincent Davis a customer left a message of the outstanding beyond 5star service provided by an Auto Zone employee Mr El ,today June 12,...I am the other customer. My back lights would not go off. I want to say thank you also to Mr Davis' and his brother Deonte who, showed concern and helped. We were blessed, by God keeping the rain at bay and got it done. Thank you again for the services .
