Went in to exchange a air filter for ac that i bought 5/27 the guy manager working around 12:50 said i was returning the “used” air filter. I was highly offended after i told him i was sure that was not the old one i had removed he kept telling me it was the old one and he would show me a new one to proof himself. Terrible they're lazy and refused to help with measuring u joints
Bradley, manager at the Woodforest location, went above and beyond. Came in looking for a test on my battery and alternator. After diagnosing a bad battery, he personally switched out the battery right before closing. 10/10 service. Thank you again. Glad to have a good autozone close to home.
