I had a very disappointing experience at AutoZone this morning. As soon as I walked in, the male employee working at the counter did not properly greet me or even acknowledge me with a simple “good morning.” Instead, he immediately asked how he could help me. I explained that I was having trouble getting my car to crank and needed my battery checked. Margie is kind, knowledgeable, and an excellent salesperson. She made my trip quick and easy and recommended fuel-injector cleaner and brake lubricant. As a woman, I came in planning to purchase only brake pads. Although my total increased from $65 to $91, I left feeling happy and confident in the recommendations she provided.
