I lived close by so I go there a lot. Lately there’s long lines , gives me the impression they understaff. Which paying takes to longer. The Bold headed store managers is always being rude to someone, in front of customers, like me. The prior manager a heavy set guy was so nice. I hope things get better or I will not be going there.

I came into this location today because I needed my battery/charging system tested. I politely asked an employee for assistance and was told to give him a moment. I waited several minutes while he continued working on the computer. During that time, the store was very quiet, and when other customers came in with smaller requests, they were assisted immediately while I continued waiting. I went in for a few things and it was a horrible experience here. The staff was not knowledgeble to answer simple questions and rude. I asked for red tape to cover brake lught and he said yea we have it look down the aisles. Then i asked for a transmission oil dipstick ans it didnt fit. He said" with technology these days you never know" so I went back in to exchange and the other cashier said "look just come back here and show me what you think fit because I'm not about to be climbing up and down this ladder".
