The worse customer service ever at this location. 1st I was left on hold for 20mins before another person picked up & when I explained the guy was going to get back to me reg if my order was in stock, the lady proceeded to tell me to just come cause he was actually pulling the parts to fulfill the order. Than I get there & the line has approx 15 ppl waiting to check out. When it was FINALLY my turn, I was told by a woman who barely spoke English that another woman would check me out however I could pay for the 2 screw driver... read more
Cody was very knowledgeable , helpful and friendly. I couldn't ask for a better experience
went there for a battery check and the lady told me that she was the only one working when I just heard her talking to a manager and her co worker. Horrible customer service.
