I bought a part for my car. So my Mecanic was sick si it took him about 4 months to fix my car. So so when He was puting the part He found out it was the wrong part . I took it back fir an exchange to get the right part but the Manager “noah” said that theres a 3 months expiration date for the part . That He couldnt do anything about it . He was so rude and help less . Unprofessional . Verbally they never told me anything about the 3 month limitations . I have 2 identical cars (make ,model, yr) and i purched the the same oil kit for both about 45mins apart from each other. When i got home after the 2nd perched I noticed they gave me the wrong oil filter. (Had to go all the way back to replace it) Not sure how this happened since I gave the exact same info as the first car. I worked on the 2nd car the next day and noticed they gave me the wrong air filter. So now I have to go all the way back again for the correct part. 3 trips for one purchase.
