So I used Auto Zone every time I ever needed anything for my vehicles for many years. This last time I bought my brakes under warranty, when I returned the old pads, a refund was issued and that all happened in one day. That was perfect. It was the next day that my debit card was charged again for the brake pads. So when I went into the store to show them my bank statement and let them know of the mistake, the assistant manager Rick informed me that he likes his job, and I needed to get ahold of corporate to take care of it.... read more
