Customer service in this autozone is the best! Employees welcomed me as so as I walked in! I was immediately greeted by Gerardo who then helped me with what I needed for my car. I needed him to check my check engine light and resulted in something minor and was able to give me a solution where I didn’t need to waste more money or go to a mechanic for something small! And replace what was causing the issue and my check engine light went away!
I was traveling out of town and ran into an unfortunate situation in which my engine light came on. I came in to get my car looked at and was advised on which part to purchase. They informed me they don’t normally replace this part and that I needed to take it to a mechanic to have it installed. All of the mechanics in the area were closed and I was in a real pickle. If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. My husband bought a battery from the Livingston AutoZone the night before, but it didn’t solve the problem. I returned the very next day with the battery and the original receipt. Instead of helping me, the manager and staff made me wait for almost two hours while I had my children with me. They were rude, disrespectful, and kept asking for paperwork from a third-party service, even though I had the orig... read more
