If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. My husband bought a battery from the Livingston AutoZone the night before, but it didn’t solve the problem. I returned the very next day with the battery and the original receipt. Instead of helping me, the manager and staff made me wait for almost two hours while I had my children with me. This is my go to store when it comes to parts. Walberto and Marco and the rest of the AutoZone Squad always give me great customer service! They always see me getting parts in and out and I finally decided to go commercial for my small business! They have parts readily available here and if they can’t get it, they’ll get it same day or next day! Few auto shops in town that I can depend on and glad AZ I can depend on.
Highly recommend this place, ask for Marco he is amazing, i went in for a headlight he helped me find the right ones and even saved me the money I was going to pay else where to have it installed and did it for me himself, on top of that he changed my air filter too. This was the best experience I ever received at any AutoZone ever, all thanks to Marco!!
