This Auto zone is very unreliable the staff doesn’t know anything about cars. The service it’s real bad they had me on the phone for 10 minutes waiting for them to find a part that had ordered and paid for earlier in the day to tell me they did not get the part. Auto zone need to train their employees better in customer service and auto parts knowledge.

for 3 days now the employeees have ben trying to figure out how to give me a return on a part that didnt fit happy thanksgiving everyone
I was at this location on Friday July 13 wanted to get my battery tested but was told to go to another location because they don’t do that at this location. But clearly there’s a sign that says they do.
