Guys and girls here are always super helpful, and always try their best to help in any way. I stopped in about 10 times today and every-time they helped out as much as they possibly could
I first went to this auto zone for the convenience but I continue to go back to the customer service! The people working there are always so attentive and helpful! I bought a battery 2 years ago, went in to buy another - they found it was under warranty and gave me a new one. In and out in less than 5 minutes. Thanks to the two gentleman who we’re working tonight that helped me out!

Had a tire go flat and was hissing air. Pulled into the Auto Zone and met John. Realizing we were up against the clock, he called a local auto shop to see if they might get me into to fix the flat. Kwik Fix in Elburn was just as welcoming and friendly as John. I have come to the Elburn Auto Zone over the years for my automotive needs. I can say that they have always been kind and helpful. Bob and john are amazing! Best service I ever received from Autozone! They went above and beyond. Asked what I needed, showed me a possible solution, looked at the problem, and fixed it. I had a dime stuck in my rear middle seatbelt buckle. Thank you! I am so grateful!! Keep being amazing!
