I had an excellent experience at the AutoZone in Elburn thanks to Bobby Patrick. My car kept dying and I suspected a battery issue. Bobby ran a thorough test, confirmed that the battery was bad, and then went above and beyond by helping me replace it on the spot. Not only did he install the new battery, but he also took the extra time to add a shim on the terminal to ensure the best possible connection. Stuff on your car needs to be fixed sometimes, if you own a vehicle there’s no way around it and as a girl who knows nothing about cars or how to fix things it can be a little intimidating walking into an autozone.
