Today, I had run over something in the Fred Meyer West parking lot that had punctured my tire, air was leaking FAST and I knew I needed help asap. I went into auto zone with very high emotions and asked for help. The woman the counter immediately comforted me (I was ugly crying) and told me, it’s okay, they will come out and help. Outstanding Customer service. I drove from Arizona and came to the store looking for options to fix the front wheel brakes of my Subaru. Charlie at the store went above and beyond to help me find a suitable solution to fix my car. He quickly coordinated transfer of parts from another store. With tools borrowed from their loan program, I was able to get back on the road in couple of hours. Being 3,600 miles away from home, this experience leaves me with a special sense of gratitude to Charlie and to this AutoZone store.
