RecommendedThis store has dealt with me numerous times, even several times a day lol. Not once have they refused to help me nor treat me like I should know what I'm doing. I've learned a lot on my own, but they've taught me just about as much. Some of the employees know me by name and vehicle info by now and it's nice to have a good personal relationship. I came to this Auto Zone in January with a weak battery. It was very cold, but the employee Patrick was very helpful and came out to check the battery and then replace it. Great experience with you folks.

I will never come into this store again. No one wanted to help me and the just kept telling me "You just need oil" Three times. All three times I told him I just did that yesterday. He was very rude and not helpful. I even tried to joke "You think I need oil because I'm girl huh" He literally said yes. I again, told him I just did that yesterday.
