When i walked in the lady working behind the desk said she is the most racist person you'll ever meet abd was incredibly rude.. yikes
Just left this AutoZone and I’m very impressed with the customer service. In particular, Sheldon went above and beyond to look for a part for me. He very well could have told me that they can’t find them, but he spent probably over 20 minutes searching until he finally found them. I also felt very respected as a woman, too. I didn’t have to go somewhere else to find the part and now this is going to be my go-to location. Thanks so much to this AutoZone team!!
It gets cold. my heater stops working. 1000 things to do = stress! landing in the local Autozone yet again this week! I request something like a heater core!?! like a deer blinded in the headlight I stare at that the sweet clerks screen! She can order it and have it here in 3 days. Im not sure thats what I need. I think it has a fan!?! She's like OhYea!! Do you need a blower motor?!? I have one here!! Sure enough! She was right!!! 3 screws later and heater was working within the hour!!! Shes an Angel!!!!!
I came to this Autozone location to purchase engine oil and filter. Sheldon was patiently helping me to pick up right engine oil and filter. His service is outstanding. If you stay in Fairbanks area, Sheldon is right person to help you for the auto parts.
Kenneth is the man. He provides great service and expertise!
