Was waiting 45 minutes to buy a single oil filter... shop O'Reilly
I was flat out refused service by Sam, a supposed manager. I was trying to check out and there were only 2 employees behind the counter. I set my quart of oil on the counter in front of Sam, he asked if I was a commercial customer, I told him I wasn't and he then refused to help stating commercial customers have priority and that he wouldn't help me. Bought a 8mm hex socket. Needed a 10mm hex socket. Lost the receipt somewhere in my car. The guy at the counter didn't want to exchange this for me. He kept asking for a receipt. I used to go into there for all my auto parts needs but now I go to O'Reilly's. More helpful, better customer service.
I <3 Sam! I came in with a bad alternator and man was determined to find me a working one. I didn't leave with one today but I do appreciate his care with above and beyond efforts. Keep being so amazing Sam! 😋
