I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience I had with this store’s employees. In particular, the individual identifying as a “manager” demonstrated highly unprofessional behavior by muting the phone whenever he was not speaking, in what appeared to be an attempt to cover up laughter between himself and his associates — laughter that came across as mocking me during a legitimate concern.
