Came here at 8:45 am because it said that on google it opened at 8 but it actually opens at 9, change it it’s very easy, if you do I might take this review down. I don’t care, now I’ll be late for work.
My experience with the AutoZone store at this location was the absolute worst in terms of service; I have never seen such lazy employees or such poor service. I was with my family and bought a new windshield wiper for my car, but they refused to exchange it, even if i was claiming it was incompatible with the vehicle , and it was late (9:45 PM) under extreme weather . They refuse to service me saying that they already logged out knowing the store closes at 10 pm
Called to see if part was in stock - verified it was - special going on was mentioned for free break pads with purchase of two rotors - quoted me $164 including tax. Showed up to store - now the total was $197 and who knows who told me that 🤦♀️Mind you as my husband can see our car pulled up on the register beside us. But our CSR said he had no idea who told us that . Ok fine we won’t take the deal - give us the break pads and one rotor both REAR . Mind you I provided the year make model and VIN #.
