8 hours into a 3 day road trip home and my car flashes low key battery warning. Saw Auto Zone on my route, stopped in and the gentleman not only found me the correct battery but put them in both my fobs for me! He was so helpful!

I came in this afternoon, 6-11, & Bill was very very helpful. My left blinker in back was not working. He pulled off the whole unit, tail light & pulled the bulb out. Was not easy to get off, & there was water in the unit. Looks like the sealing on the unit is wearing off & everytime I get my car washed it’s retaining water in there. Bill replaced the bulb & put the unit back on & is now working. He told me to go online & see if I could order a new unit. Thank you very much Bill. You went above & beyond to help me. Janette
Needed a headlight and a tail light for my SUV. Rudy helped me to get the right bulbs and guidance on installation. I would give more stars for Rudy if I could. Rudy was so willing to do extra to be helpful and with a pleasent attitude. Thanks Rudy.
