Ramon helped me personally replace my windshield wipers in the pouring rain. This man is an asset to this company and his customer service unmatched. And he did it all with a smile 👍 Give this guy a raise!
Total inconvenience!! The sales associate gave me the wrong part to my car. I didn't know until it was time for the work to get done and had to end up going to return and rebuy the correct part which caused me to have to wait to get my car fixed. Which made me late for work and loosing money. Please make sure u have the right parts before u leave this store. Auto zone need to make sure they're listening to the customer request and paying attention.
