Not trying to be nasty, just a helpful tip for the manager. I came in to replace some Duralast breaks that didn’t have a proper hole drilled into them for the little tension spring wire thing (don’t know cars all that well). Not a big deal since they are under warranty and I have a receipt. They had two employees stocking shelf’s and one in the back making sales calls, after 15 minutes I asked if they where open and the one stocking shelf’s replied yes.
