Horrible experience. Do not go here. Called ahead to make sure they were still putting in batteries, as everywhere else isn’t (due to cold temps). They said, “Yes, absolutely!” Drove all the way in to get new battery installed, walked in and was told, “Go to the place down the road.” Very arrogant and condescending. Kept repeating to go to other places. Went round and round with them to get them to install, and eventually gave up and left to another place we could find. Extremely helpful! I did not catch the man's name who was able to help me out today, but he was awesome. He went more than out of his way.
Not only did I get my issue taken care of, attendant went above & beyond to inform me of a couple others they noticed. Vry impressed
The staff was extremely nice, and stayed late to help put in my new car battery, when it was negative degrees out.
If you want service with excellence Autozone at 1761 Main St, Green Bay is the place to go. Not only are there service people knowledgeable but they go above and beyond what is expected to make sure the customer is getting the right part and service that exceeds all others. Thankyou so much for helping with my vehicle needs and making sure that I got what I needed.
