Horrible experience. Do not go here. Called ahead to make sure they were still putting in batteries, as everywhere else isn’t (due to cold temps). They said, “Yes, absolutely!” Drove all the way in to get new battery installed, walked in and was told, “Go to the place down the road.” Very arrogant and condescending. Kept repeating to go to other places. Went round and round with them to get them to install, and eventually gave up and left to another place we could find. not this place at least the time that I went didn't seem like people really care to help me and we're too much involved in their own conversation
Extremely helpful! I did not catch the man's name who was able to help me out today, but he was awesome. He went more than out of his way.
