Went in for a bearing, two employees spent 10 minutes beating on an alternator with a hammer for another customer to remove the pulley (apparently they don’t have a three jaw puller). When they eventually decided to wait on me the guy argued with me on what I needed. My business from now on will go to O’Reilly auto parts. Only reason I went to ghettozone is because O’Reiley didn’t have it in stock.

RecommendedGood service and had a part I needed which I could not obtain at O’reilly (out of stock) at the time. Pricing was reasonable as well.
Today I have a complaint... My 91 yes 91 year old mother went into Amite Auto Zone to get a bulb for her brake light. She drives ,yes still drives, a Dodge Journey which is a small SUV. She bought her bulbs and asked if someone could put it in for her. .No big deal on her vehicle. They told her no, now here is a 91 year old widow woman needing help and no one would do it for her.. I know they worry about people suing if they break something but lets be real where is the compassion these places used to have.
