This particular auto zone always seems to have what I need in a pinch solid staff and parts availability
Went in to get belt conditioner, asked for help from a gentleman who was holding himself up on the counter where the register was he pointed me down the first aisle and said it was on the wall with all the chemicals, I tried to find it myself but I had no idea what the bottle looked like so I didn’t really know what I was looking for so I went back and asked to have it pointed out to me and another gentleman walked past me and went to go get it, as a women asked me what I was looking for I let her know it was belt conditione... read more
Great experience! I needed my battery replaced and I was not disappointed. Andrew was a big help. He was confident about what he knew and he wasn't afraid to ask for assistance when he didnt know. It took 10 minutes and he even checked the battery power, starter plug, and other parts of the engine before I left. Would definitely go back if anything else goes wrong.
Staff is friendly and helpful and never speak down to you.
