Went in looking for a specific car part. Looked around the store and could not find it. I asked one of the staff members if they had it and all they did was point me in the direction where it would be. Their attitude seemed very cold and unwilling to walk with me to the section as I rarely go into the store. Also they did not recommend or offer to check any other stores or have the item shipped in if they did not have it available. Will not be back to this location.
Give the person who paid the receipt. Might seem minor but I see it as disrespectful. This is the second time I’ve went there and they gave the receipt to my boyfriend when I paid.
Very helpful , great people at this location was there on 9-29-2025 changed my battery for Volkswagen Passat and headlight.
I needed to make an online return, I had my order number and return barcode, as the order stated I needed to provide the store with to make a return. The female manager who "helped" me, didnt use either, said they needed the receipt. Showed them the receipt from my email and pulled the order up in my online account. She said that was not enough, was super rude and told me too bad, nothing she can do. I went to the parking lot, called customer service to get further assistance.
