Horrible customer service , Wednesday , 07/02/2025 (Brake lights weren't working ) I went into store ( asked an older gentle man with mustache ) at the counter If he could check the computer and see what fuses my car used , Because my brake lights were out on my car , He wouldn't let me tell him my make n model ect ., He stated he couldn't ,The computer won't tell me anything about yr car no parts or anything let alone fuses , But pointed at the isle for fuses ( never got up from leaning on counter , I'd never seen him befor... read more

The free tool rental is great
Called to try to get a battery warranty out that was dead it was an AutoZone platinum battery with a four year warranty it was only a couple months old, I bought it from a place in Florida and I was giving the girl helping me the phone number but she told me it didn’t exist she couldn’t comprehend that it was a commercial account number. I went to another AutoZone and they swapped it out no problem no questions asked. I would recommend a different Auto Zone
