Literally the least helpful staff. The customer service here is awful.
Bought a battery a month ago for my Stelvio (basically the most expensive battery that they have) had my Alfa in the dealership for 2 weeks diagnosing a problem and getting work done. In the report, they showed the battery failed the tests and is a bad battery. Tried to exchange my new battery (under warranty) at the store for a new (functioning) one, but they won't exchange it because their (less high tech) battery tester says it's fine.
