Great service! I snapped a windshield wiper blade and I needed it replaced. The man who sold me the replacement put it on and he was so kind! He explained how to prevent further problems without making me feel ignorant or anything. I would highly recommend this store based off of my experience today
Went in looking for a specific car part. Looked around the store and could not find it. I asked one of the staff members if they had it and all they did was point me in the direction where it would be. Their attitude seemed very cold and unwilling to walk with me to the section as I rarely go into the store. Also they did not recommend or offer to check any other stores or have the item shipped in if they did not have it available. Will not be back to this location.
Give the person who paid the receipt. Might seem minor but I see it as disrespectful. This is the second time I’ve went there and they gave the receipt to my boyfriend when I paid.
