A great company to work for! The managers (gray shirts) at this location are very knowledgeable and are capable of answering questions the majority our customers may have. We recently updated our computer hardware and I would recommend anyone interested in applying for a job here to do so!
I have went into this Autozone many many times and Korey the store manager has refused to lifetime warranty out two of my items that I have purchased due to his own personal opinion upon what he thinks happened. This guy is useless unknowledgeable and always hands out the wrong parts I can count on going there multiple times or spending hours at the counter just to get the right parts be prepared to have an experience.
Korey is a moron and doesn't know how to do his job right. Poor customer service.
Kudos to Corey who priced matched my battery purchase Friday and Josh who installed it and refused my tip since it was against company policy....thanks guys!!! ..
