Very helpful salespeople. Very knowledgeable and experienced.
AutoZone says they provide “Trustworthy Advice” and “WOW! Customer Service,” but my experience was more like “Wow, I should’ve gone somewhere else.” I walked in looking for help and somehow left feeling like I had interrupted everyone’s lunch break. The amount of automotive knowledge in the building apparently depends on whether the employee has had their coffee yet.
