AutoZone says they provide “Trustworthy Advice” and “WOW! Customer Service,” but my experience was more like “Wow, I should’ve gone somewhere else.” I walked in looking for help and somehow left feeling like I had interrupted everyone’s lunch break. The amount of automotive knowledge in the building apparently depends on whether the employee has had their coffee yet. Whether you’re a frequent stopper or just need something quick, you should always stop in and ask, they are very friendly very helpful!!
Thank you Autozone for this store. The people here actually know how to help and give some sort of knowledge to what my problem was. I tried other parts stores around but they couldn’t give me an answer and Autozone could. I would recommend this store to anyone
