Horrible service.. They Will Answer The Phone And Act Like They Are Going To Help You And After You Tell Them WHAT You Need Help With They Say " OK WELL Let Me FINIsH Up With This CUSTOMER And I will be back with you" then when they get back you have to tell them all over again because they didn't listen the first time... maybe they should do like everyone else when they answer the phone and are busy and ask you to please hold first thing.
