Worst experience I've ever had at an AutoZone. I came in already knowing which battery I wanted, but the checkout clerk insisted I needed a platinum battery and got rude and dismissive when I declined. The employee who came out to install it clearly didn't have the right tools or know-how—he hammered and pried at my battery terminals with a socket wrench, throwing in some inappropriate language to boot. He had only managed to get the negative terminal clamp detached before I finally told him to stop and took the battery home... read more
First time at this store. I was promptly greeted and assisted when I walked in. The store had what I needed too.highly recommend this location!
Donte and Adante were incredibly helpful with my battery change! It was almost closing time and they were able to change my car battery and treated me with the best respect! Thank you thank you, I’ll be back for all future needs!
