Clean store very good inventory
I needed a battery replaced and I was helped out by Justin A., who went way above and beyond to make sure I had the best and fastest service. Not only did Justin A. change out my battery in record time, but he also made sure that he left my car in better shape than he found it by cleaning the parts that attach my battery to the vehicle. Usually rate them higher but didn’t carry 0-40 Mobil 1 Race car oil, only order 5 at a time and had none left. Also didn’t like the music in some language I never heard before while shopping
The csm here brian has no people skills & is not right for autozone, he has a tendency to record customers & cause absurd scenes in the store as a consumer I do not want to see this. Especially when the csm acts like he is bigger than the store manager which is not the case. I have seen this multiple times when I go into the store, I have seen the csm brian throw parts around & behave unprofessionally I refuse to go back to this store until brian is terminated.
