I came to get my battery in my car key replaced. After the service was done my car did not start. I had to pay money for a tow as well as pay for a key smith to come reprogram the car. The autozone technician did not put the chip back in my key. When I came in to get the situation rectified the “manager” did not take any accountability and claimed we don’t take the chip out yet I was missing the chip and my car didn’t start. What wonderful customer service I received from Danny on 4/22. I bought some items to address my emissions problems. He helped me with finding out what the problem was and I was able to sell my car today! Not many people these days go above and beyond with kind customer service like Danny did. From now on AutoZone in Vernon will be the only place I go For parts and products. You have an amazing employee And he deserves a lot of recognition for the good job that he does.
Alex helped me out right when i entered the store and helped me with a swift and fast purchase when i didn’t know the exact things i needed.
