My home AC unit blower belt broke on a Sunday morning with a party planned and hot weather. I tried my luck at Autozone after striking out at Home Depot. Lewis went above and beyond to find an exact match to the broken belt I brought in even though part numbers were difficult to discern. I also observed him go above and beyond helping another customer who was taking advantage of your tool rental program. He is a great asset to your team. Thank you again Lewis!

Sales Manager Jasmine refused to issue me a refund for my battery core charge. I bought a Powersports battery today, and went back a few hours later with my receipt and my old battery, to get my core charge refunded. She insisted that I needed to provide a phone number. I didn’t need to provide a phone number when made the purchase, so it’s illogical to expect to need one for the refund. She insisted that it’s a “loss control” policy. That’s a lie.
