**edited an additional star because when I went to a different location to exchange for the correct relay I discovered that it is the company parts inventory who got it wrong. Not the cashiers fault. If you open the relay it is still 7 prong but doesnt have nearly the number of weld points on the board and instead looks identical to the previous version of the relay that was installed into Acuras 2000 and earlier Drove 35 minutes out of my way and was given the wrong part. Drove 35 minutes out of my way and was given the wrong part. Again. Employees all talking and using profanity. I dont care about that but it didnt simmer down no matter who walked in. How hard is to match a 5 digit number on your monitor to a part on the shelf 20 feet away. Write this down if you have to. No its not my fault for not verifying. I shouldnt have to. I just stood there and told him exactly what I wanted.
want to give a million thanks to the staff members specially the cashier that help me out and believe me when I told him I didn’t feel good health wise I have high blood pressure so he let me drink my drink that I haven’t had purchase and got me a chair while his other employee got me a bottle of water with cool aid ☺️ You see even though I came to get me some fuses cause my AC wasn’t working… Very thankful for you guys!!!
