This is an updated review. 12/30/25. It's a wonderful auto parts store and the employees are so helpful in assisting.You with the concerns about your vehicle. Brian was such a blessing at the location on 82nd and Kedzie. I appreciate their knowledge and help.
This is the absolute WORST autozone I have done business with. I placed an order online for parts I needed for my vehicle. I waited 2days to receive the order ready email. I placed my order on November 22nd. I waited until Monday the 24th to call. I called the location gave my name and was told my parts were ready for pick up despite getting the confirmation ready to pick up email. One of the better AutoZone that I have been to. Went in there very clean facility and Javier had my part quick and I was out the door in a matter of minutes. Fantastic service
