Excellent service! This morning, I received outstanding customer service from Randy H. at AutoZone. I brought in my 20+ year-old car because it would not start, and I came in early to purchase the best battery available. Randy was extremely knowledgeable and skilled. Very disappointed with my experience at this AutoZone. I bought a D1S bulb from this AutoZone thinking I was getting a brand new product. When I open the box, it was either defective or looked like it had already been used. I went back to the store expecting a simple replacement, but the manager didn’t want to help me or make it right. To make things worse, the manager claimed she was on her lunch break, so I couldn’t even speak to her directly.
