I came in 5 minutes before they closed and was expecting to be turned away. I needed a belt, but didn't know the exact size so Naomi brought out like 8 different belts and let me pick which one I thought I needed for my sewing machine motor. Very helpful and went above and beyond. Zach was very helpful as well. Highly Recommend!

Every time I come to the AutoZone in Orangevale, everyone is extremely helpful. They take their time to identify the problem. Today Ty jumpstarted my car my battery for me to go back home to see when and where I purchased the battery. Since it was past the warranty and installed by a shop, I went back to AutoZone to purchase a battery and Ty installed it for me. Ty was very pleasant and had a good attitude while changing out the battery. Thank you!
Naomi, at the Orangevale Auto zone, is AMAZING! I came in because my battery had died. She tested it and determined that I needed a new one. She gave me options, but also educated me. She also installed the new battery immediately and was done in 10 minutes. She was personable, knowledgeable, and a person of good Character. I am definitely a loyal customer now.
