I’m a caretaker for an 80 year old Veteran and today 2/26/26 I was driving my resident to a Karaoke show he runs for a senior citizen community located across the street. Store is very professional and fast with great service
This feedback is for Store #02895. Unfortunately, the manager provided very poor customer service during my return. Throughout the transaction, I felt I was being treated differently because I am a woman, which came across as sexist and unprofessional, especially disappointing coming from a woman working in an auto parts store.
