The service level is unmatched, everytime I come here they are knowledgeable, thorough, great recommendations. Its close to the house so that helps, but if I was further away.. I'd probably drive the distance to get the help and professionalism many other auto parts store lack. Thank you everyone for having a smiling face and eagerness to help!!

Ryan is an excellent customer service parts guy. He found my part looked it up showed me how it worked and explained each part of it. It was the N S S. Very pleased with their service.
I have bought multiple batteries from this autozone, one time our car died on the day we were about to drive on a family vacation. Autozone in Orangevale took care of us, got us a new battery, installed it, and our family vacation was saved. 4 years later and we needed a new battery. Skyler was great and assisted us. New battery, in and out quickly!
