Only place that sells wiper blades that come in different colors
I went in there today, waited in line, the guy then walks to another register and starts to help others that are not only in another line, but had gotten there AFTER I did. I will never come here again, Very poor service, they say they support the military, no they do not i am a disabled vet, and will never forget this, I will be sure to post further reviews on other site's about this poor service.
My brother works for Autozone in north Georgia and was walking me through what to get I was purchasing a new battery for my car the customer service was very horrible. From telling me they didn’t have what I needed. To telling me they do have what I need but they can’t get to it on the pallet after they got the battery they was telling me I had a confirmation email after payment before I could leave with my battery. Hidden charges when purchasing batteries. Charging for Install Kit without letting customers know.
These guys have really let thier customer service slip the passed few years. Their only a few employees that are knowledgeable and friendly. The rest are often rude or seem like they hate thier job. This was my go to parts place for years but now they will no longer be getting my buisness. Being treated like I was not standing thier why the employee talked sports to a customer that didn't want to talk to him was the last straw.
