I came in with what I expected was a battery issue with my 2017 Ford Fusion Energi, and was helped by Jason. It wasn't long before closing, but he took the time to help me test it. They had 1 in stock, and with 10 minutes until closing, still took the time to look up how to install it. It was more arduous than anticipated, but when many would have opted to say, "come back tomorrow," so they could go home on time, he stayed and got the job done. I will be forever grateful for his kind service in my moment of need.
