Christian was a great help and very professional. I came in thinking I needed to replace an auto battery, when he diagnosed the battery just needed to be charged. He fully charged the battery I had previously purchased from AutoZone and then I reinstalled the battery to have him verify the alternator was working perfectly. I will always use the Inwood AutoZone store because of Christian’s professionalism and great care.
Had trouble getting a part ordered, took 2 weeks to transfer from hub.... disappointed
As soon as I walked into Autozone, Troy asked me immediately if he could help me. I needed a windshield wiper blade. He went the extra step and put it on for me! I truly appreciate his professional demeanor and desire to assist me! Thank you Troy!! 5 stars for you!!
