completely incompetent called for quote reserved said parts drive there 10 minutes later to get said parts. wait 30 minutes to be helped to be told they don't have the parts. dont waste your time with these guys

How disappointing that, Only after being told, “I wouldn’t give you the wrong parts” and “we’re not the west main location where I hear they give out wrong parts” I WAS STILL GIVEN THE WRONG PARTS. and almost left stranded. And how completely unprofessional to speak Badly on the mistakes of another location within your own company only to make the same Mistake.
Great staff, and location, the only issue is it's next to a sex shop and a head shop, but so far my son has not noticed. We have been going the for years.
