If Kevin or Terry I belive his name is,you'll get wonderful service. Both are managers. The big fellow, has to be 6ft 4 and 280lbs is awesome too. They'll do everything they can to help you out. I go here a lot so of course sometimes you'll get bad parts but, you get what you pay for and they will try to make it right. Just buy new replacement parts Instead of refurbished, you'll have much better luck with new parts vs refurbished. JS

I bought an alternator from you today and it hasn't worked I took the truck to them and they they agreed it was bad. I asked for a Refund they said they wouldn't do it. So I have to wait for them to order another. I think that's bullshit. That truck is my money maker. I promise I will never buy another part from Autozone again. Ever. This is not the first time this has happened. It's either the ring part or another bad one Autozone is selling junk. That alternates cost 200.00 you'd think it would work.
