Get Ralph out of there. Rude for a guy who doesn't want to be at work let alone in a position of supervision. Mid conversation with an employee Ralph interrupts, barks an order and then waddles off to the rear of the store. I guess where the other rude trolls hide? Luckily there are many other parts stores in this area.
I came in for a need of a new battery, and the staff was incredibly helpful in explaining the different options and helping me choose the right one for my vehicle. They even offered to install it for me! The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you have a positive experience. Ralph was fantastic! Greeted my wife and I right away, then asked if we needed help. I explained we were there for wipers. He replied let me look them up for you. He looked them up, walked over to the aisle and suggested which brand. After purchasing he said do you need help putting them on? I was taken back by the kindness and service he provided. My check engine light came on. Went to Auto Zone, they gave me device to plug into the car and instructions on how to use it. They generated a report and now I can seek repairs with information. No cost. Everyone at Auto Zone was pleasant and professional. I will go back and I do recommend them
Great staff. I work on all my vehicles. I dont know everything. They have made some great recommendations and I passed it on.
