Needed a specific item that when called for at 11:40 this morning, was told they had it. When I arrive to pick it up, was told it was on a pallet and would be unloaded within the hour. Called every hour to see the status and told, they're still working on it. Finally, at 2pm, I'm basically told they see the pallet, they're still unloading with so many boxes in sight. I had an incredible experience at AutoZone thanks to one of their employees, Ralph. I walked in feeling stressed and unsure of my battery situation, and he immediately stepped in with patience, kindness, and expertise. Ralph genuinely helped calm my stress.
