I want to give kudos to this one particular staff Anthony Rivera: such a helpful kid, replaced my battery that’s difficult to take off due to rusts, etc. He was very patient and collected to do his thing and got my old van going! I asked if I can tip him and refused to take it. He mentioned it’s policy as a courtesy to customers when purchasing from them! Great job for instilling such values to your staff!
