This is the worst store I have ever visited. I am a regular customer; I went there simply to buy some tools. The staff is usually very friendly, but today I was helped by a light-haired American man who treated me terribly. I told him I didn't speak English, and he rudely replied that he didn't speak Spanish; that’s fine—I accept that—perhaps he was having a bad day. Last Friday I unfortunately had a dead vehicle battery. Cant complain about that , the battery was 4 years old. The store manager, I believe his name is Juan unhooked my old battery , and installed the new one I bought there. He helped make my inconvenience as easy as possible to fix, and he was very professional.
Rude service not helpful avoid this location
