Very rude, I’m not familiar with the rewards. He just told me I need one point for the rewards and I wasn’t sure what so I asked him if I had to get another thing for the rewards and he was like annoyed for me saying the word “have to” and said you didn’t have to. Looking at the receipt, now I understand I was one point away from getting a reward, that he was trying to look out and support on the point.
