At least the employees here know a bit about what they sell. Went to the Spannaway Walmart to get a replacement battery for my truck. Planed on upgrading from a flooded cell to a AGM. Bearded guy at Walmart refused to give me the warranty on the new AGM because it's not OEM? Went to Autozone a bit further drive and no issues what so ever, in fact he looked up what my truck used and the AGM battery was recommend! 4 year warranty too!
This place customer service is garbage. I have to put my number in to buy something. Then when I tried to return the unused item I purchased they cannot even look up my account enabling to help me return the item even though I literally purchased from the guy I was trying to return it with.
