5 people working no one at the register ringing people up. Employees helping other employees on the computer because they're untrained. Taking phone orders and ignoring customers at the desk. Most unprofessional autozone I've ever been in. Avoid this dump at all costs.
One of the instrument cluster bulbs burned out on my 2010 Ford Ranger. While I had my dashboard apart and instrument panel off, I thought I would replace all the bulbs. Of course, there's 10 of them. Pep Boys and Napa didn't have them. Went to Countryside Ford. Holy sticker shock - $37 PER BULB!!! Went to the Autozone in Lyons, IL. They didn't stock the OR bulb assembly, but recommended an alternative that was actually brighter. 10 bulbs for $22. Thank you!!!!
The employees are always so freindly and very knowledgeable. I am always gretted with a smile. I never leave disappointed or empty handed. If the dont have it in stock (which is unlikley) than they will order it for you. I would recommend anyone to come in and see the folks at the Lyons AutoZone. 100% Satisfaction!!!!
