If I could give a rating based on negative numbers I would. I called in and associate hung up in my face. Then when I called back he told me I'm with a customer and I replied that doesnt mean hang up in my face. His was response was ok. Never helped me. True example of HORRIBLE customer service. This happened after I already called and was left on hold with no response or check up after almost 10 minutes.
