Today I’m thankful for Jason at AutoZone off of Goliad at Brooks City Base! I needed to get my cabin and air filter replaced so I went to AutoZone to buy them and he installed them for me for free. AutoZone was so much cheaper than the dealer. I’m so thankful that AutoZone provides this service! Jason went above and beyond for me and he had a great attitude! This experience was not the best. I'd bought a battery there before & it was under warranty. Unfortunately, when I bought it, my phone number was entered incorrectly. When the lady entered my phone number it came back as no warranty found. I had a picture of the receipt, so we knew I had a warranty. I asked if she could look it up another way & she said no. She told me I needed to call corporate (don't remember exact word) & that the 800 number was on a board on the windo… See more
