I had a very disappointing experience at this AutoZone location. I purchased a battery jump starter, but it did not work for my vehicle, so I went back to return it. The store manager, Sahm V., treated me with a very disrespectful and condescending attitude. He kept questioning me about why I was returning it after using it, as if I had done something wrong by testing a product that was supposed to work. Outstanding service at AutoZone! Danne was extremely helpful and took the time to help me install a new set of headlights on my Volkswagen. The whole process was fast, smooth, and hassle free. It's rare to find customer service this efficient and accommodating Danne really went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up properly before I hit the road. Highly recommend this location
Danne Helped me install my Battery on my 2023 Nissan And even l showed me how to change my battery my self and gave me the knowledge on it he’s very helpful and I will be coming back with any other problems. i have even tried offering him money and said write a review instead so. over all good customer service we need more people like this
The new manager is fantastic. He helped me replace my wiper blades. Super knowledgeable and efficient with everything I needed!
