There is a really unprofessional and unfriendly disgrace of a store manager there named "Kevin West'. I had a simple $8 dollar return with a receipt and instead of professionally handling a dispute, he chose to get confrontational and rude. Take your business somewhere else where you are treated like a customer. And by the way, they will ask for your phone number and name for every return even with a receipt, probably so they can send you advertising and sell your number to a third party to make more profit. they sold me a can of fix a flat that didn't work at all. It costs $13.00 for nothing. I won't ever use this auto zone parts ever again. This stuff ran out the can every where but inside the tire. You do better with roadside assistance. I was going to buy a air tank from them now I am going to Walmart at least I know it works
