Tim was extremely helpful & gave me print out for work I needed done very Professional & polite
I came into the store to get my battery checked and replaced for the first time. Rick and Phil were exceptional helping me choose which battery to use then getting it in my car. Bad Ford design took us a little bit to figure out but they both stayed outside in the 100 degree heat to help figure it out and get it changed. I’m also sure both of them were about to get off when I came, but stayed persistent. Thats true customer service, making sure I was good no matter what!! Thanks guys!

Phil Parry is a rock star! Professional and Accommodating, AutoZone is the only place we go for batteries. When my car battery died, I took it to them. No joke, next day, my daughter’s car wouldn’t start. Went back and Phil and I laughed. We are now on a first name basis. Very pleased. Will return but hopefully not for a while :)
The staff was friendly, Paul swapped out our battery and provided excellent customer service.
