I visited this store this afternoon. I was reasonably sure I needed a new battery gir my car. I was helped by Joel the store manager. He tested my battery and ran a system diagnostic and explained to me what the root cause was. I decided on replacing the battery and he installed it in no time. In the age where customer service is rare he was a shining beacon to the days where the customer is revered. Thanks Joel
Joel! The store manager himself came out and pieced my car back together to get me through my vacation! I would give this store and this manager 10 stars! Recommend all day!
