The Store manager saved our little car today where a wire was broken and the strap was missing around the battery. He fixed it in less than an hour, and it was way more and above than what we ever expected. Thank you so much Auto Zone for having the knowledge and ability to do way more than just look at the car and say you need this
I visited this store this afternoon. I was reasonably sure I needed a new battery gir my car. I was helped by Joel the store manager. He tested my battery and ran a system diagnostic and explained to me what the root cause was. I decided on replacing the battery and he installed it in no time. In the age where customer service is rare he was a shining beacon to the days where the customer is revered. Thanks Joel
