Steven was amazing and helping me with my battery change and also very friendly and ensuring I was taken care of
We went in for a warranty exchange on a battery that was dead and warranty had one more year on it. They had us uninstall it and install it. Those services used to be included. Luckily I had my husband with me. They did give us the tools we needed and a chair because our 2017 GMC sierra is alot of work to take a battery out of and put back in. Stephen z was very helpful when I came into the store.Just like the sign on the door he was committed to customer service.
I came in yesterday to figure out what was wrong with my car. The associates were able to check my car’s computer for error codes, and help me get on track to fixing the problem myself. I did my research and came back today to pick up the parts - David helped me figure out which brand of parts would best suit my needs, and David made time to go above and beyond to come outside and swap out the old parts with the new parts for me!
