Older guy at the counter just yelled at me for nicely asking if I could exchange a jump box that I bought there a little over a year ago. I used it twice and it won’t charge. I had the receipt and was just asking, a simple “no” would have been fine. Extremely rude and unprofessional
I stopped by needing a tire plug kit on 2/19/26. I wasn't sure where they were, Lawson took me right to them. Not only did he take me to them. He explained the different ones and what he would recommend without me having to even ask. He was kind, polite, and very knowledgeable.
