I bought a battery replacement and Nate was the associate who helped me with my purchase and with the replacement. First off, the replacement was extremely difficult due to where the battery was situated in my Ford Edge. Second, the weather that evening was freezing and poor Nate did have a coat. So he froze the whole time but stayed so respectful and positive. The guy got me good value for my brakes and rotors for my Toyota Sienna . $200 cheaper than the other Autozone on Oneil court . Those guys in Elgin know what they’re doing . Blessed I talked to them first or I woulda wasted money and time . #happycustomer
